The Personnel Committee is comprised as the
Clerk as Chairman and one active Elder from each of the standing committees.
This committee is an ad-hoc committee, meeting only as required.

A session personnel committee can provide an
orderly, focused and considerate way for session to build a healthy work
environment. They will also offer recommendations to the session of policies,
procedures and practices that anticipate outcomes before they happen, counsel
and support for the staff, and have a place where issues can be dealt with
before they are personal situations.
