The Alliance works with homeless persons and families in Loudoun
County. They run a women's homeless shelter in Lucketts and a
men's homeless shelter in Ashburn and maintain a thrift shop at
Regal Center in Sterling. Volunteers are needed to assist in
the thrift shop, construction projects, maintenance of vehicles and
buildings, classes for shelter residents, child care, grant writing
and grant research, clerical support, tutoring, lunch or dinner
buddy program, and much more.
Volunteer orientation is provided and there are no age
