This fund, established in 2003, provides registered daycare for a
full year and appropriate summer camp placement for four weeks for
children in need. Volunteers are needed as Community Captains
to represent the program to various service organizations, churches,
etc. and to serve on the advisory board. PCF serves Loudoun
and the Piedmont areas. Click
